If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we offer returns on both new and refurbished products.  All returns must be received within 14 days of the date of invoice.  A 20% restocking fee is charged on all new product returns.  There is no restocking fee on refurbished product returns when received within the 14 day return policy.  Refunds for items returned more than 14 days after the invoice date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.  Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.  Incomplete or defective returns will be refused.  All software including license keys, feature activations, and administration software are purchased as-is and are not eligible for return.  For any questions or to request a return authorization, please call 800-397-5693.  We will be happy to assist you.
